Vintage 60's "Mr Dino" Signature Print Black, Brown & Cream Dress, L/XL
Description:
This is a fabulous 1960's vintage dress by "Mr Dino." Created by Max Cohen, the Mr. Dino line was sold in good department stores like I. Magnin, Bergdorf Goodman and Lord & Taylor, and many people consider him a serious rival to Emilio Pucci.* This dress is polyester, sleeveless, a shift with a swirling black and brown art nouveau design on a cream colored open ground. Signed in the print. It closes with a nylon zipper in the back. Tag says "Mr Dino, New York, Paris, Florence, Hand Wash Only, 18."

A Large/Extra Large. Tag says vintage size 18. Not pinned on the mannequin. Measurements: bust 42 inches, waist 42, hips 42, length 39 inches.
Sexy Yellow Vintage 70's Nylon "Rag Dolls" Halter Maxi Dress, NOS, Medium

Description: This is a fabulous vintage maxi dress from the early 1970s. It is a warm sunny yellow orange color with blue, green and red flowers in a geometric abstract print. The dress is super flattering and sensuous with a low halter top and double straps that cross and tie in the back. The dress closes with a rear nylon zipper. The label is "Rag Dolls, San Francisco," the fabric tag says 55% acetate, 35% nylon, machine wash cold, drip dry, size 9." It's New Old Stock, unworn, but I have washed it.
Condition: In excellent, clean condition, never worn, just washed for you as it was dusty from storage.
Size: A Medium. Tag says vintage size 9. Measurements: it's a halter, there's some leeway, I estimate the bust will fit a 36 to 38, each halter panel measures 7.5 inches across the middle of the bust, the waist is 27 inches, hips are free to 50 inches, length is 55.5 inches, hemsweep is 82 inches.
Vintage 60's Brown and Black Windowpane Plaid Wiggle Dress, Small

Description: Here is a classy looking brown and black woven windowpane plaid wiggle dress from the early 60s. It has a nipped waist and hips that are accented by front faux pockets. The neckline has a sweet self fabric bow. The fabric is slightly sheer, unlined, I think it is cotton with a nice sateen finish. The dress closes with a metal zipper in the back. There is a label in the side seam that says "Ben Barrack, New York."
Condition: Excellent, clean, no issues.

Small/Medium.
Bust is 36 inches, the waist is 26, bodice length is 15, total length is 40 inches.
Chartreuse Green Giraffe Print 60's Brocade Wrap Cocktail Dress, Medium

Description: This is a beautiful late-1960s wrap cocktail dress, in an appetizing chartreuse green brocade, with iridescent silver giraffe skin motif. The stand-up ruffled edge continues from the neckline and collar all the way down the front of the wrap edge of the dress, to the hem.
Sleeveless, the dress is secured with a hook and eye inside the waist, and with two large sturdy metal snaps, one at the hip and the other at the bust. The fabric is a heavy-weight, upholstery-like, damask material. Inside, it is fully lined with light green. No labels. Possibly home tailored. What a unique personality this garment has!
Condition: Excellent, clean vintage condition, no flaws.

Bust is 38 inches, the waist is 28, bodice length is 18, total length is 40 inches.

1960's Disposable Paper Dress

Description: This is a vintage disposable paper dress from the mid-1960s. It is sleeveless, a pullover A-line shift, in a pink, white, blue and purple diagonal colorblock pattern! It is printed on textured paper (cellulose, I believe), and it has a keyhole neck opening with a pink tie, and pink piping on the neck and arm openings. The label says "Waste Basket Boutique by Mars of Asheville, N.C.. DO NOT WASH, This material is fire resistant unless washed or dry cleaned. Then becomes dangerously flammable when dry." These garments were a fad in the Sixties and were meant to be worn and tossed out. They are getting harder to find these days.
Condition: In very good clean vintage condition; it was worn once back in the 60s and is not mint but overall it still displays well. There is one tiny scuff mark (click on the picture to see more details), also the paper itself is a little wrinkly from being in storage but there are no holes, tears, stains or other issues.
Size: The size tag says "12-14 Bigger." But I'd call it a Small to Medium. Bust is 36 inches, the waist is 40, hemsweep is 57, length is 38 inches.

Paganne by Gene Berk Vintage 1960s Psychedelic Jersey Dress, size Small

Description: Here's your chance to own a terrific piece of fashion history! This is an authentic Paganne dress by Gene Berk. Berk was a contemporary of Emilio Pucci and their creative styles were similar. This Sixties psychedelic beauty has marvelous swirls and large organic shapes in fuchsia-pink, turquoise blue, tan, white, lavender and black.
The high ruffled neckline and ruffled cuffs are black. The mini dress closes with a nylon zipper and a hook & eye in the back. It has the Paganne label as well as the signature in the print. The material feels like a poly jersey. Slightly stretchy, it is a medium weight knit and is not drapey.
Condition: In excellent clean vintage condition with one small area on the front chest that has two pin sized spots and a pale, pale yellowy stain near them, as shown in the photos. Hardly noticeable flaws that do not affect wearability. It has belt loops/strings but no belt.
Size: The label says size 6, this is a modern Small. Measurements: the bust is 34-36 inches, the waist is 32-34 inches, hips are 34-36 inches, shoulders are 15.5 inches, the sleeves are 21 inches long (measured from the top of the shoulder), length is 39.5 inches.

Vintage 70's "Mobett" Op Art Mini Dress, size S/M - SOLD!

Description: I love this cute little mod mini from the 1970s. It's got a terrific pattern of red, gold, white and kelly green lines, dots, squares and diamonds all on a black background. Pullover style with buttons to the hips. It flares at the hem.
Made in Denmark by "Mobett," it's made of soft 100% poly, and comes with both a matching sash and belt! The sash looks cute at the neck but you could wear it in your hair, too. Pointy collar, long sleeves and that exciting retro pattern make it a classic early 70's artsy number!
Condition: Excellent, clean, no flaws.
Size: I'd call this a Small to Medium. Measurements: the bust is 39 inches, the waist is 38 but can be drawn in smaller with the belt, the hips are 44. The shoulders are 13.75 inches, the sleeves are 23, total length is 36 inches.
